Nokia N900- for the internet and much more

Nokia as a company is trying very hard to keep up with the times, with the advances being made in technology, Nokia’s customer’s are advancing in their demands as well. For instance, the internet today has become an integral part of everybody’s daily lives, people first look on the internet for all their needs before searching anywhere else. Nokia has managed to tap this demand and thus has resulted with their latest internet tablet- the Nokia N900.

Even though this is not the first internet tablet that Nokia has released, there are some significant changes that have been made to this model that makes it much more advanced than the previous ones. For instance, the GSM module that Nokia has installed in this one makes it possible for a person to make phone calls using this tablet through mobile networks. Maemo 5 is the other application that this device boasts of and makes it even more appealing, this is the latest operating system released by Linux that the device contains.

The other very appealing features of this device are the QWERTY keypad that it has along with such features like Bluetooth and WiFi and radio services and also high quality playback capacity.

If you compare this internet tablet to cell phones it would actually seem heavy and bulky if you plan on carrying it in the same way that you carry cell phones. However, as compares to other internet tablets, it is actually the lightest and of the austere design yet.
