The Samsung Halo is all set to be celebrated as the new superphone of the generation; yes many might agree and many might not. The reasons and the features that has got the company claiming that this handset might be a Superphone could include the 16GB memory inbuilt or the 8Megapixel camera and the XVid applications for the video feature of the phone and not to mention the amazing 3.7inches of touch screen that is the display for the phone.

So as far as we can see the advantages are the ones that are heavier on the scale for the Halo that might very soon become the hot favorite at least among dedicated Samsung users. The Quad band GSM that the phone supports, the 3.5mm headphone jacks that belong to the phone also do nothing as far as the disadvantages go. Also, the clincher happens to be the Android operating system that the phone runs on and that too the 2.0 version of it. How many people can actually resist that?!

The look of the phone on an overall basis is nothing spectacular. It has a smart phone look of course though it is more like a tablet and metallic in its feel. However, the keys at the end of the display screen has been noticed by a few to be a little difficult to press and use.

We of course believe that the handset is near about being a Superphone. However, the die hard Samsung haters might disagree.
