Regulation of Mobile Communications Services

UNIFICATION OF NAMES: For the purposes of these Regulations, the uniting of the names of Mobile Telephony Services (VTS), Cellular Mobile Radio (SRMC) and Personal Communications (PCS) in the "Service for Mobile Communications (MTS) .

For the purposes of contract terms each service provider, you can keep the original name.

SCOPE

The relationships between providers of Mobile Communications Services and their clients are governed by their contracts to provide services and, additionally, by this regulation.

REGULATORY AUTHORITY.

The Regulatory Authority is hereto COMMUNICATIONS SECRETARY OF THE PRESIDENCY OF THE NATION, created by decree No. 245/96, as amended.

ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY.

The Enforcement Authority of this regulation is the National Communications Commission, under the MINISTRY OF COMMUNICATIONS OF THE PRESIDENCY OF THE NATION, created by Decree No. 1260/96, as amended.

For the purposes of appropriate and correct interpretation of this Regulation, add the following definitions:

Fertilizer: The oblar predetermined amount a customer must periodically, by way of service availability in terms of use, regardless of the actual use of the service.
Area of operation: Geographical Area of operation of the Mobile Communications Services (SCM), as defined in Article 1 under-determined in their respective licenses.

Lower service: The final deactivation of the service.

Customer: person or entity to whom paid as rightful ownership of the service or in a transitional one that uses the service, through various contractual arrangements, provided by a station or mobile transceiver or terminal.

CNC: The National Communications Commission dependent COMMUNICATIONS SECRETARY OF THE PRESIDENCY OF THE NATION.
Service provision contract: The contract between the providers of Mobile Communications Services (SCM) and customers whose model has been presented to the Authority for implementation.

Station or mobile terminal: Radio Station of the Mobile Communications Services (SCM) for and capable of being used while in motion or during halts at unspecified points. Mobile stations include portable handheld units (small size radio equipment, self-powered), portable computers (self-powered) or mobile units installed in vehicles or other means of locomotion.

Service Provider / Provider: Is that legal person is responsible for the operation of the Mobile Communications Services (SCM) in a given area of operation, pursuant to a license granted by the National State.

Regulation: This "General Rules of Client Services Mobile Communications (MTS).
Suspension of service: temporary deactivation of the service. SC: MINISTRY OF COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE CHAIR OF THE NATION.
