The latest Windows Mobile news out there doing the rounds is that the HTC will definitely be using the Microsoft’s new operating system. In fact, when one hears HTC, one immediately thinks “Smartphone”. Microsoft has definitely promised a lot with this system, and they want to make a phone that will reflect the speed of people’s lives.
Steve Ballmer, the Chief Executive Officer of Microsoft, spoke about the layout of the new system, and the Start menu. This new menu is expected to give users lots of information on everything, right from the Live Tiles (setting up a tile for a friend allows a user to see their posts and pictures at a glance), to everything else. In fact, those little tiles are little snippets for applications and the various information that is contained inside.Of course, you mustn’t miss out on the Hubs, which is another key feature. By default, there will be 6 hubs, and will be labeled People, Pictures, Music + Video, Games, Office and Marketplace. Through the Pictures Hub, you can view the pictures and videos on your device, you might also link it to your PC or laptop, and to the Web, so that you can have access to your entire photo collection right in your phone!
Through the People Hub, you get access to your different social networks – and you can get continuously updated information on your photos and friends. Plus, you can update your Facebook and Windows Live accounts simultaneously.
